Chronic health conditions of the elderly, like Arthritis, diabetes, heart diseases, obesity all need lifestyle modifications. Cognitive problems of the elderly, namely Alzheimer’s disease, delirium, and substance abuse, are addressed by giving awareness talks in the community.
